Touring Gig 4+
The Touring Gig 4+ is the latest addition to the Freedom range of boats, but is our first “touring” boat. Over the coming year we intend to add a 2x/+/3x, a 1x+/2x and maybe even more!
The Touring Gig 4 is available with sweep riggers only, scull riggers only, or with both sweep and scull riggers.It is also available as a 5x.
Features;
- Cox position may be removable, and convertible to a sculling position (5x).
- Same shape as those already popular in Europe.
- Big hatches on each seat deck for storing clothing etc.
- 40cm hatch on bow canvas, 20cm hatch on stern canvas for storing bigger items.
- Built in keel for exceptional strength and stiffness, as well as great tracking.
- Stainless steel keel strip to protect the keel.
- Choice of Euro or Ali wing riggers.
- 4 handles for easy carrying
- Large rudder for good maneuverability
